The winning entry involved a mixture of 628 market rate, affordable and subsidized apartments. The design featured the sensitive treatment of restrictive green space and density by providing an above ground garage covered over by a concrete deck built into the slope. On top of which the bulk of the buildings will define a new park and maintain a considerable acreage of green space instead of parking lots.
