Organized fact finding tour of various beachfront properties for possible development of an Ecotourism Resort based on permacultural practices. The sites on western Puerto Rico were chosen for their close proximity to Aguadilla airport and the lack of extensive nearby development. The idea of a self-sustained, ecological resort brought investors from the US and Italy.
Assembled a group of local regulatory, real estate, civil engineering and financial experts to help evaluate property options in addition to tax incentives centered on land-bank economics. As the overall technical coordinator, prepared the final report and recommendations.
